“You met me at a very strange time in my life.”

Looking back on the character of Alaska in Looking For Alaska, I believe she is quite similar in her outlook as Marla from Fight Club. 
Whether Marla was considered when this book was written, I’m not entirely sure. I may be the only one that noticed similarities at all.  
I could have made similarities up.  

I need to borrow the Fight Club book from the library. My card kind of got rejected though, I always have overdue things and order things in and get too lazy to get to the library. That’s the kind of person I am.

I don’t understand why I only watched this movie for the first time today.
I’m really “keen” on reading the novel now, I love the movie so damn much.
